By accessing or using the UTORO website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Product images are representative and actual colors may vary slightly.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. Order confirmation will be sent via email.
4. Shipping
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within India. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available at ₹199. Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
5. Returns & Refunds
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
